Once it's disabled, I can't see my full level images^^ btw. the new rev of Desmume just sucks! Trying to fins my old one. It was so awesome,. Could even records in 1920 x 1080 in full settings without frame issues THe new one gets stuck somtimes (by 1280 x 720 only) |

And then comes the question:
Why the hell would you record a DS game at 1080p? |

It's exactly the same as recording at 256x192 and then up-scaling the video with a fancy scaling filter afterwards You might want to try that out SKJmin |

Posted by SKJmin So many replies and not a sngle mentioned the FRAMESKIP option (or I have overseen it) Even on my computer with a QAD CORE[4x2,83] + GTX 288 + 8GB Ram, I had fight with slow motion issues! Only in my own hack, in soe levels! Got an FPS from 4 in some "sprite-full" courses! Just set the FRAMEKIP on 1 or whatever! Even the title runs at 60 FPS now PS, get the newest REV! And never use the 64Bit version, it's way slower!! http://www.emucr.com/2011/08/desmume-svn-r4091.html (a virus pop-up can pop-up) I know there's frameskip, but I rather have a smooth gaming experience, then a choppy fast game experience. And, for the rev thing, I don't trust 3rd party builds, unless you can tell me how the DeSmuME team creates builds that are faster than the VS builds we make. It's not cool that they're not releasing info on how they do it. I don't want to run it in a VM either, so that option's out. |

hmmmmm there are differences between these emulators no$gba and DeSmuME no$gba: Speed:Great Graphics:quite glitchy GBA mode:can run GBA Sound:Sounds like very crackly in games like SM64DS Cheats:not all Action Replay/Codebreaker codes can be enabled (if the cheat is not acceptable there will be a mysterious ? mark on the check box) DeSmuME: Speed:Not so good (with special settings speed is great!) Graphics:very good GBA mode:cant run GBA (i think) Sound:I think it is almost perfect.... Cheats:it can run Cheat codes perfectly (only problem it saves cheats so one needs to turn cheats off and enable it again right after it resets the game or else the game will not sometimes run) _________________________ NSMB Hackers are cool persons |
