Hi guys! I now know how to make tileset, and I want to share my first ones with you!
All is in the title, in this thread will be some old tilesets of Super Mario games! These tilesets are 100% certified of non-palette error/ eventual glitches!! The first one: Super Mario Bros.  This tileset isn't complete, check later for a newer update  Download link: http://nsmbhd.net/get.php?id=1973 (Contains 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, underwater and full castle tileset) Super Mario Bros. 2 Overworld   Download link: Click here! These tilesets are not here just for reproduce old mario games levels...

The SMB1 Tileset could really benefit from some classic SMB1 styled blocks. But other than that, it looks promising.

Yes but I forgot to add the lava and the red bridge where you fight bowsor.
EDIT: Added lava, water, red bowsor bridge. I'll upload when the tileset will be fully complete
