But do you mean to say that you want to do a smaller, less ambitious collaborative hack just for entertainment purposes? If so, there's a few logic holes in that idea. -Collaborative hacks are specifically for making something bigger than anybody can do alone. It seems to me, that your plan is to make a vanilla-grade hack that can practically be put together within a few months, which you as the project leader would take most of the credit for. Essentially making everyone do the work for you. -Making a hack is NOT fun, period. It's tiring, repetitive, and stressful, and after you're done with it everyone takes it and pokes at it until even you hate it, and you get absolutely nothing out of it. I know this, I've made 3 and have 2 others being developed in secret. Making a hack is something that require true dedication. Take this advice into consideration, because dedication is a true representation of your character. New Super Mario Bros.: Clone Tag Team 1+2 / New Super Mario Advance + Take 2 / Super Mario: Endless Earth My two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. |

Have you seen how much editing actually was done to the game? (Im basicly talking about that "Shop" feature, New worlds (And I dont mean editing old ones) and just everything was changed...) Well you get what I mean. You cant do that on the DS. |
