I have some NSMB2 Tilesets made by me, currently being used in my NSMB2 hack. Some need some editing, I know that.  Try them out for yourself! You can edit if for me if you want. Out of curiosity, have you made the tilesets out of screenshots from videos or something? Some parts have a bit bad quality. For example the slopes in the grassland one. Maybe you should find a better quality source

Use screenshots instead of trailers. They're much better quality as there is no motion blur that you get from videos and such. Also, many screenshots are .png's, so you can rip the tiles precisely as they appear in-game if you get the right screenshot.
