Hello, I would like to modify dinosaur models and textures on Dinosaur King game on DS, I unzipped the game with DSLazy and extracted the models and textures from the nsbmd files with apicula. But after recoloring the textures, how do I re-merge the texture png files and the model dae file into an nsbmd file? Or how do I inject the modified texture files into the original nsbmd file? (sorry for my bad english)

If all you want to change are the textures, NSMBe can directly edit textures in NSBMD files. It's not the best option, but it's the easiest option.
The best option would probably be to use ass2imd. I recommend using Gamerator's GUI for it, it'll make it easier.
Technically, the NNS Blender plugins might be a better option, but it's not worth the trouble just to change some textures.

There is an older version of MKDS Course Modifier that can replace textures in NSBMDs without messing it up. It also allows switching out the texture format so you can get more colours.

Hello, firstly I did not find out how NSMBe can modify the textures of NSBMD files and secondly I downloaded ass2imd (or AssToImd) but when I start the application the window closes directly.

that's why I told you to use a GUI. ass2imd is a command line application. to edit an NSBMD file in NSMBe, you just double click on it in the file browser.

I was able to integrate my textures into the game's nsbmd files with NSMBe. What if I modified the model dae file and want to check it back into the nsbmd file, what do I do?
