Yes that's normal because someone posted spam this morning. So an admin deleted this spam and the account of the person who posted it.

Posted by Thierry you can "leave" the board anytime, but your account and posts stay. the reason for that is because account deletion messes the ID tables and pokes holes in whichever conversation the user participated in. |

that doesn't apply to spam bots though. they get the delete treatment.
