I recently had to redownload the asmpatchtemplate, and when I compile the asm hack file thingy, I keep getting error 1. I know it has something to do with the makefile and the devkitARM directory but I don't fully remember how to fix it. I think there was a post here that fixed it but I cannot find it.

Nevermind I found out what I did wrong, I had a weird version of devkit installed that didn't work. I installed an older version and that fixed it.
Ignore what I said, it still isn't working. _________________________

most people who know jack shit about ASM moved out, so unless you contact somebody directly, I doubt you will get much luck.
