I have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. There are fences in 3-Tower, but they don't have anything to do with sound. Maybe you're referring to the fences that flip Mario from the front to the back or vice versa?

I think that Gerry misses the sounds, when mario climbs on those fences.
Gerry, you just have to change the Sound Data, if it is that.

Look at an original rom level with the sprite you want to use. Look at the original sound set used. Select that sound set in your rom's level. The sound sets can be changed in the configuration main menu.

The flip fence is a sprite. The reast is an object.
