So this might be a dumb question but i was wondering if you can use the newer super mario bros DS. tilesets and/or how to get them

Posted by Skylander There's some tilesets ripped from newer on the downloads page. No. No. No. Definitely not. Get a ROM of NSMB and use the application from Newer Team. You will get a Newer DS ROM. Use NSMBe to open it and go to the "Tileset" tab. Click on the tieset you want and then click "Export". If you want a PNG and don't need the tile behaviors and stuff, double-click on the tileset you want and click "Export with each palette" (or something with different wordings but the same meaning). _________________________ Check out these awesome hacks! There are only a few. You can get the entire set of tilesets using this method, with better quality. He is asking for Newer DS, which can be directly applied after exporting.

Yes. Everything but the levels in NerDS are free-to-use assets.
