Step. By. Step. I wanna know of every single thing you clicked, and in what order, in scrutinizing detail. "I did X and it didn't work" is simply not going to get you any help. Well, I am new, but I know that when I put in my first custom logo, I didn't get it right the first time. It glitched the first few tries, but I tried again. Your problem sounds very similiar to what I went through importing a custom logo, and all I have for you is "Keep Trying!". Eventually mine worked just fine and IDK why.
BTW, what everybody is saying is, you need to post exactly what you did and clicked in the order you did it in, for example: "First I clicked "Insert Image and recreate pallete" onto the editor, then I clicked save, and opened up the Rom with Desmume, and the Logo was wierd! Can someone help?" Of course, what I posted is not that simple for inserting a logo, but detail what you did. Step 1 -> Step 2 -> Step 3 -> Outcome And when you detail every step you took, we will be able to identify the problem on the step you took. Hope this helps you!
