I don't know if and how it could be possible, nevertheless I'd like to ask if it's possible to swap tower and castle models on map screen with NSMBWii models and textures related to them? If yes, I'd like to learn how to do such thing. Thanks for help in advance

You cannot just export models from NSMBW and import them into NSMBDS since their model formats are entirely different.

You'd have to convert the Wii models to an intermediate model format (like obj) and then create a nsbmd model from that.

Yeah, I supposed that it's impossible to simply copy-paste files, but what I mean if how (if that's possible) change Wii models and textures files into ones that DS will read.

He basically already explained. Convert the Wii models to .obj and then convert that .obj to .nsbmd.

You may need to edit the models though to reduce the poly count.

Google is your friend.

Sure. There's a thread with some of those models already exported. Whether they're already in OBJ format, I don't know, but converting them shouldn't be too hard- a quick google search would do. Anyway, to convert OBJs to NSBMD you'd have to use MKDSCM, and use the NSBMD creator. You should also be able to export the textures to an NSBTX with the same tool.

Edit: Lol ninja'd
