Ok, so here is my stupid, never will happen unless a miracle happens, idea.
So, my idea is to port NSMBe to iPad. I know this will never happen, but think about it. The large screen would be perfect. The main problem here is that how would you edit ROMs, well I was thinking that the ROM(s) would be in a server type thing that you could access from a Pc, and you can edit on iPad. Well that was my idea ~~Ndymario

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this will never happen. 100%. There is a DS version that  Dirbaio started, but never finished, in case you want something on the go. But the UI would also suck. Using your finger on a touch screen would be extremely annoying and inaccurate. Also it's VERY difficult to create a level editor like NSMBe without extensive knowledge about the game inside and out.

Something like this will probably never happen. You know NSMBe isn't worked on anymore, do you? I know Dirbaio never litterly has said he stopped, but it's pretty obvious NSMBe is dead sleeping, 'till either Dirbaio comes back or someone else with C# knowledge wants to continue the project.

I realize that it's not happening as stated in the first sentence

I kinda want to continue the NSMBe project, TBH. Maybe me joining coding club will give me inspiration to sharpen up my c# skills. But I don't think Nintendo or Apple will allow it on iPad anyway.

Why, why would ever consider using something without any physical buttons for something as involved as this? It'd be absolutely terrible, especially since the screen is capacitive which means you would need a special stylus to even think about doing anything like this on it.

Well in my head it sounded kinda good. Also I wouldn't post it to the App Store I would make a way you could install it from a website (free of course)

Maybe one day there will be some sort of windows 7 emulator for the iPhone 12. Until then, it's unlikely. Though now that I think about it, DS emulators exist. So if you want to emulate a shitty port of NSMBe, then you technically can. But you have to be jailbroken to access the roms on the filesystem.

Or maybe you can emulate Android on iPad, then use a Remote Desktop app and connect your phone to a PC.

Useless to say that this will be awful.

That too. But... that would be VERY slow I would imagine. Running an app like that in an EMULATOR would be SUPER slow. And I don't even think android emulators for ios even exist yet.

Why not run Windows 95 on the 3DS, emulate DS on No$GBA there running NSMBeDS?

No, see, you have to emulate a win 95 on the wii U web browser, run a VM of windows 10, so you can run a linux VM, which you'd run desmume on with mono, emulating NSMBeDS.

Of course you may get a few framerate issues but that would be expected on a Wii U.

At momment, I think the NSMBe on Ipad is out of cogitation. I imagine how "blargh" the user interface could be. Unless the Jedis of code create something like Mario Maker interface.

Tbh, I don't really like the Mario Maker interface. It gets annoying having to select 1 bar of tiles/enemies at a time.
