I do; I'm making a RPG coded in Python. Here's the GitHub link: https://github.com/Py-hacker/The-Diamond-Rocks

But now I'm more in continuing MSMB, since I have lotsa time and it's been ages since I ever worked on it lol.

EDIT: What do you use to code your games? You (everyone) should include that too; would be interesting to know.

I've created some DS Homebrew Games, coded in C++ with DevkitPro. The most notable one would be MineDS - a 2D minecraft like game.

I make Wii U games mainly in Unity3D, but I was thinking of switching to C++, as Unity3D for Wii U is still in Beta, and therefore still not accepted for submissions.
I'll work on 3DS games, as soon as I get enough money to get myself a 3DS DevKit, but I don't have enough money, at the moment.

I think that's not that easy lol. You must apply and gain respect from Nintendo xD

Thanks, I don't post on this forum a lot.

Anyway, you mustn't be related to hacks anymore if you want to apply xD

GAEMMAYKAR! Soz Haredc0reZ. About 2 years ago, I had to create a game in Game Maker for school.

It was a blatant Mario clone. Even used Mario sprites in some cases. At least I didn't use the Hello engine.

Funnily enough, it was the best game in the class. Top marks.

MRX, of course it matters, because Hacking violates the Confidential Information and No Reverse-Engineering rules.
They will find it out, happened to me as well.

Also, the Flash Card price is almost correct, and the "system" you're talking about is for the 3DS XL Test Unit.
The actual DevKit is way more expensive.

The most important stuff are:
1. You have experience with making video games, the real way (no Point-and-Click Game Makers).
2. You have a secured business location.

As for experience, Homebrew and Hacks don't count, but you can give Homebrew, School Projects, etc. as additional stuff.
Experience with C++ is strongly recommended, because that's what you will use on a 3DS and Wii U (unless you'll be using Unity3D for Wii U).
And as for the location, a dedicated room in your house with a lock on its door is enough.

Also, I would strongly recommend you to make a Phone Call to Nintendo (USA for North-Americans, or Germany for Europeans or Australians), they were very motivated and supportive towards me.
And keep in mind that DevKits are no toys, they can brick easily when improperly used, and they're bloody expensive.

SHIT ( I just remembered something AGE LIMITS its dumb of me that I didnt notice this yesterday, but Im 11 DAMMIT è.é .
...

...
Ok, ok.
For 1: I have used Gamemaker but have started to hate it, and have started useing other thingys, like flash.
For 2: AWWW DAMN, that, THAT may be a problem *.*

Also I have been considering switching to Unity and rebuilding my game because flash is too sucky for my awesomeness.

So you're 11?
Now I understand why you're so fascinated about that.
But the reality isn't as sweet as it looks like, it's way harder to get something done on a 3DS or Wii U.
Even something as simple as "Hello World" takes more than 20 lines of Code on a 3DS to get it displayed.
You'll most likely need another person with skill sets you don't have, which might request € 35,- per hour on average, and one Script/Model/Sound/whatever else isn't completed within 4 hours, or more.

If you want to start an Indie Company when you're an adult, you can, but always secure yourself with another job.
