because they get updated every frame, so they appear in front of the 3D texture. When you hit them/touch them, the graphic stays as it is and it goes behind it, since it doesnt get updated then.

Open the bncl of the title screen and edit it with the info you got from that thread (the one with the world map icons)

I dont think that my Game will contain SML stages because remakes are boring. But maybe there will be some in W7 (Rainbow World)

I decided to make Super Mario Land 4. But this title was a litle bit boring. So I called it NSML. If there are so much who dont like the title ill change it.

The bottom part of your title screen looks really good, I love those graphics you've used in place of the tubes. However, the logo on the top looks pretty bad. It's squished horizontally and looks pixelated too.

It is one of the best title screens I've seen in my life!
How have you solved the puzzle of the tilesets? It is very difficult to work with tilesets made ??a puzzle. I have not ever dared to make a custom title screen by the puzzle.
