I have the same tile behaviours as the normal NSMB pipes, but still, mario warps like in this video:
How can I make it so he warps behind the tiles?

Open up the "I_dokan.nsbtx" in the poligon_unit folder.
Edit the textures. Be happy.

Well if you plan to use them in other worlds with another texture, all I can say is to go learn ASM Hacking.

Telling anybody here on the board to learn ASM Hacking doesn't really help. Even if he tries to learn it...
It is really hard and there is no guarantee that he will manage it then. Failing after learning ASM most likely brings disappointment to him.

ASM hacking is a complex thing indeed, but it's NSMBDS you're working with, it's full of hardcoded crap, and adding data for certain things just can't be done without ASM hacking. It's similar for SM64DS's level data (SM64DSe has to add overlays to the game).
