Ok, so me and MarioFanatic64 are trying to get a world map model working (just for testing) and we're having some difficulties with getting textures to work. Since I modelled it, I made sure to make the texture multiples of 2. (8,16,32 ect) But when the model's imported in-game, it shows up as solid colours. It'd be cool for some help. Thanks.
UPDATE: MF64 here. We've found that the problem is the texture mapping, for some reason they're not exporting. I've tried mapping them myself in blender but it's so damn frustrating to use. Anyway, newluigidev and I are hoping that somebody can take a look at the blank/textureless obj and try to remap the textures properly. We have all the textures, we have an image example of how it's supposed to look, and the textureless obj file. The job is available to anyone who wants it. |

newluigidev is sending me the obj and mtl files, which I'm converting to nsbmd via MKDS Course Modifier. MKDS Course Modifier doesn't make you pick the mtl file during the conversion (because I assume it automatically selects it based on the corresponding file name of the obj), but the nsbtx file upon conversion seems to be corrupted.

Do you guys have Discord, Skype or something? I know KingYoshi manages to import 'em fairly properly.
Wesley is still alive as well, but I'm not sure he has Discord. As for me, I didn't try much anything in ages, but I'm willing to help. |

What. Where does this come from? Just look at their website. It says "all in one voice and text chat for gamers". It was designed as a replacement for skype, to not hog memory, thus making talking while playing video games much more convenient. Of course people use it for many, many other things, outside of gaming, just because it's generally agreed that discord is better than skype. Posted by Thierry Oh.
