Oh come on, only if we have a sunset BG! Imagine orange with a normal BG! That would look really bad!

I uploaded a video of the level I made.
Its a nice and easy going level. Since its the 3rd level overall

What do you think about it?
(also I know some things that arent right at all. Like the pipes near the unused water.)

Also, I cant get the flying ? red block to work...

This. Also using two blocks high vertical pipes isn't good. When Mario is fully inside them you can see his feet stick out of the bottom of the pipe.

Yeah I know. Ill kinda tried it keep it SMB3 style. Also, Ill guess ill make the pipes longer, but Ive been editing other mario games and I always tend to use 2 block height pipes...

You need to do away with that habit, unless you can somehow edit Mario's model as to not stick out of the pipes.

Yeah. It sucks that mario doesn't fit correctly in a 2 block height pipe.

Ill edit the level so this wont happen.

If you don't want to make the pipe longer try adding small metal blocks (mini pipe connectors) underneath instead of the wood blocks.

Because they are 3D like the pipes and Mario goes underneath them.

And it would still resemble the smb3 section.

Oh wow that's a neat idea
Also, now that we begin to get the levels, it'd be a good idea to have someone make a patch for what we have now and update it regularly (not necessarily with every new tileset and level, but from time to time)

If you want to fix that pipe bug but keep the original size, place the grey-ish metal tile (the one that is used to change the pipes' direction) underneath it. No more feet!

EDIT: Never mind, I was ninja'd over an hour ago.

I will do that.
And post feedback and fixes for the levels in it.
Does anybody know the url for krutsomis's community remix google site? (It has some old levels on it)

Yeah thanks for the suggestion!
I can still retain the 2 block height by using the small metal blocks.
But I guess I will only use them on pipes that are in the air. Ill extend the ones that are on the ground, or just add the big metal blocks.

Putting big metal blocks in the ground does not look good - make a hole in the ground then extend it down.
I think the level is good and 1-3 is a good place for it.

Ill think Ill do the latter. Thought Ill have to rework on the last part of the level with the 2 pipes. Will post the level when its done.
