Like title say, after I edited my tileset and make a level,
I open it in desmume,
But some tile looks corrupt!
Sorry, I don't have time now,
The level , the tileset and the image will come in later.

Were you importing over the Underground Tileset? I know the ground tiles in the Underground corrupt when replaced. If so you should be able to fix it by placing those tiles in a different place in the .png file.

I also imported to the Underground TileSet (with and without ice) and it did not get corrupted.

Whenever I import over the Underground Tileset, it always gets corrupted. NSMB2, Beta Remake, NRMB3, and Clone Tag Team, they all have corrupted Underground Tilesets, I just don't use the tiles that are corrupted.

I use another tileset then the bug is fixed.
Also, the tileset aren't REALLY corrupt I think,
It is some dot that changing color.

Yea, well in NSMBe a transparent pixel and a white pixel appear to be exactly the same, but only in the game can you see what's transparent and what's not. NSMBe should make it easier to tell what's transparent and what's not.

I think what is happening is he is picking map16 tiles that are linked to animations. Some animations actually come from the original PNG location too.
