im guessing the subforums were archived due to either not being particularly relevant anymore or being redundant due to the overlap between other subforums. the name changes are prolly for fun, but i personally prefer the old ones tbh.
a post in the board changelog thread is perhaps warranted (the wiki move prolly shouldve been brought up there when it happened now that i think about it) |

In any case, I doubt those subforums will be used again, you can still dig through the old threads but you can't create a new one and/or reply to any thread there, they're most likely going to be completely deleted or they'll be hidden in a corner, but I may be falling into false assumptions, lol. Thierry surely knows what she's doing and I think it'd be best to trust her
