I know, this forum is dead, excepting the threads talking about it. And what if we just try to bump (smartly, of course!) every thread here?
This could make the forum revive once more, and could make us rediscovering hacks, resources, and try to solve the unsolved issues, for people in the future. Tell me if you agree (and don't tell me not bumping old threads, we can do it if the post is smart).

if you can quantify "smartly" i might be more inclined to say yeah, but whether or not bumping a thread is a good idea varies on a case by case basis

I don't think bumping old threads is a good idea, can you define "smartly"? And in any case I doubt that's gonna "revive" the forum.

If it's just bumping for bumping, that's stupid (like if it's not necessary). But if you have to ask something on an old thread, bump away, that makes sense. You shouldn't be afraid of bumping if you need to.

There's a difference between bumping threads if you have something relevant to add to the discussion versus bumping EVERY thread just for the sake of it. I'm sorry, but this is not allowed.
Also, there's nothing wrong with old threads being inactive. It just means noone has anything left to add to the conversation at the moment, and forcing people to revive them will only result in filler posts with no substance nor real intent. |

Im sorry to say this but this idea seems useless and could also be annoying. Bumping threads will not make this forum active again, well it can in a way or another but it’s gonna annoy the staff by closing all those threads for nothing and it can get you banned easily. If you wanna revive this forum, don’t you think it’s better to share new creative and instructive content around NSMB Modding instead of breaking a rule of this place and take unnecessary risks? I’m sure you can do that!
