first search, download the .xdelta patch then apply it to a clean rom with an xdelta patcher.
edit: well do this if you only want to change the level layout, and other small things. if you want online capabilities, as Keeper said, no. there are none, and its probably impossible to make one. This text may or may not be centered...,,,,.... |

there are mods that focus on changing the mario vs luigi maps, if thats what you mean. if youre asking if theres a mod that adds online capabilities to mario vs luigi, then no

It does not exist unfortunately. It would be pretty cool to see if it existed, but I would imagine that to do it you would have to majorly change the game itself. Would something like that even be legal? Maybe but its certainly pushing their luck especially when Nintendo isn't happy with mods of their games already. Though if it is legal to do, I'd love to see it.

For someone to do something like that It would probably require someone to make a server and somehow connect the game to it, which is very unlikely to happen. It would be pretty cool though.
