I see what you did, did you edit the animations for it?

If you didn't, then open the ncg folder, find the animation file for the background (they have TEN in their name) I think the name was somewhat like TEN_demo_castle_ncg.bin

well first try to have a backup, in case your result is a lot of shit for something you did wrong

step 1: /BG_ncl/d_2d_I_M_free_demo_castle_ncl.bin, this is the only palette we are going to use just open it

step 2: /BG_ncg/d_2d_I_M_free_demo_castle_ncg.bin, open it and select in the aforementioned palette, add everything

Export the image, edit it and make the edits you want and then select import this image and palette imports the edited image and you can close the 2d texture editor but do not close the palette, well open now /BG_ncg/d_2d_TEN_I_demo_castle_ncg.bin
