Hey, I have a question:

What do .xdelta do or what are they useful for?

If someone could answer me that would be great

xdelta files are used to patch roms, sorta like nmp patches. However, xdelta patches can include code modifications as well, so they're commonly used when a hack includes ASM patches

Ok, so can I import them to NSMBe like a .nmp patch?

you use something like xdeltaGUI or delta patcher or unipatcher or something. I think nsmbe 5.3 also integrated importing and exporting xdeltas directly through the editor as well.
