Hello, I think this website really need a tutorial about replacing Mario's head model, someone already did that replacing Mario's head with a toad head and I only get to replace the big head model, and the small one gets delete(what causes the game to crash when the small Mario loads), please I really need help I'm so tired of trying things to get it to work...

Make a new, small head model, and import it

You might need to merge the small Mario head model and the normal Mario head model into one nsbmd. If you have the imds for them you can probs merge them with G3DCVTR.
