I think it's a bit weird to accuse someone of stealing something without giving any evidence.
And yeah, I saw the link

Helios provided but that was afterwards. Also while looking heavily similar, I actually believe that he didn't outright steal it but maybe got inspired a bit too much.
You can see differences in the two graphics (aside from the unnecessary shading).

Well if actually that's the case here, I am sorry for that. But I'll still put my two cents in - see, if your work is too similar, people tend to link your work to pre-existing ones and say you are "heavily inspired" by it, or even "stealing ideas" from it. Take that as a vanilla level with three extra blocks added, sure people won't see that as an innovative creation, right?

So maybe next time, you can try mixing up different styles found in Google if you really do not have any clue on how to approach the logos. Good luck then!
