I am currently making a hack for nsmb and I'm currently working on a sewer level, but i do not know how to make the background stop scrolling, please help!

The settings for the background is in the hex editor, but the easiest way to set up a sewer level is exporting the one from 2-3 and importing it over the level you want. That will also change the hex settings to the one with the sewer backdrop
