I wouldn't really recommend using the Japanese sky theme for World 7, as that's basically Cirrus Heavens from Newer DS.

That could work. You could use Sky Garden from Mario Kart: Super Circuit as a base.

Honestly, I think it'd be a good idea to use the Japanese theme, like it was used in SM3DW. Maybe go for a Sakura Village look from Newer Wii.
