Any help on where those bastards may be would be greatly appreciated.

I have modified those, so I know where they are located :
_FILESYSTEM/root/enemy/s_hana1.nsbmd (blue flowers)
_FILESYSTEM/root/enemy/s_hana2.nsbmd (pink flowers)

Root -> enemy -> s_hana1.nsbmd and s_hana2.nsbmd. The funny thing is, you can edit those NSBMDS and the corresponding NSBCA to make an animated titlescreen. It will be visible during the intro though.
Your Title screen looks nice btw. I like it. I'm not so sure about the ground tho, because it looks a bit corrupted

I made part of it be in the s_hana1 model so it didn't have to be squished as much.
