1. What's the maximum number of NDS music's track?
2. How many note can NDS play at the same time?
3. How many instruments can be used in NDS music?
I need these information to make new music...
Thanks!!

These specifications will help you.
But you'll probably need some background on C to help understand the specifications.
And they are not very easy to understand.

I'd say the limits are

1. The channel count. The DS has 16 channels, so it can play just 16 sounds at once. That's music notes, sound effects from the game, etc etc. Dunno if the software limit is lower, but I don't think so.
2. The RAM limit. If you have too many samples you'll fill the RAM which is not good.

1. Ok, so I just need to control the number of notes?
2. What does "sample" means here? I used dictionary but did't find answer.

More generally, go read about programming and digital audio. You shouldn't be trying to mess with NDS music files if you don't even know what a sample is. That's like the basics of digital audio.
