I think I know why is it named Falling Rocks. I think it also contains the falling lava rocks from world 8-8.
I've renamed it to Falling rocks, Kab-omb.

But the falling rocks appears only with the right BG You can set the right BG and DON'T add the rocks sprite and they will fall, too.
