Hi, I've had NSMBe for about a day now, and I know that this question sounds kind of stupid, but how do you place blocks? I've found it literally nowhere on the forum after a long time searching, and it's not even in the full guide made by Flurry. So what needs to be done?

Also sorry if this comes off as rude, I'm not trying to be

Right click.

It can be a stupid question, but not.

Yea, basically you go to the Object tab, left-click one of the three tileset tabs (blocks and pipes (jyotyu), ground, end-of-level castle) and then right-click somewhere in the level to place that tile.

OK right, I am kind of stupid for that. Right after I posted this I found that copying and pasting existing blocks and then replacing them using the objects tab works, so I've been using that for a while. Also, another question, I'm still not sure how to put a sprite in a level that it's not in. How is that done?

You can click on an actor in the actor list then right-click in the editor window to add it to the level (similar to how you place tiles)

Actor list? Did the new NSMBe build change the word sprite to actor?

But we're already using both terms to distinguish actors from actor slots (sprites). See that actor tool's thread for more info. If you're gonna rename sprites to actors and with that calling both things the same, we have a bit of a problem.

I've gotten used to calling them actors *shrug*. I'm not sure if they get renamed in the new NSMBe.
