Firstly, don't ask people do to things for you (or at least not without some sort of compensation). You can ask for help or info but people aren't gonna simply do things for you. Secondly, based on poudink's post the only midi to sseq converter that supports pitch bending is the one from the official nitro sdk, and giving you that would probs be against the rules, so unfortunately you'll have to find that yourself.
