First step before asking something: use the search function and/or look around in the tutorials section if someone shows you how to do stuff.
Music and Sound has two tutorials first and second

and about the enemy textures: depends on the enemy. Basically they are all somewhere hidden in the files of the game but: different enemy -> different location.
