I have put entrance pipe right but in the game mario do not enter in the pipe,I have to put in that position entrance pipe?

Oh, I see.
Your entrances have to be exactly aligned to the pipes or they won't work. Hold SHIFT while dragging them to align them easily.

They should be in the top right corner of the pipe for a right exit.

Top left for a left exit.

Top left for an up exit.

Bottom left for a down exit.

They should cover those tiles completely, not hanging off the edge like yours are. As Dirbaio said, use shift/click to center them.

To make a connected pipe set the Connected pipe ID of the entrance to the ID of a path that moves along the pipes (See level 7-A area 2). Also check the Connected Pipe checkbox on the entrance.

But you also have to set a number at the last field from the path. I think 0 was left, 1 up, 2, right and 3 right... But I'm not sure

Yep, your right. Set these values on unknown 6 of the starting and ending node, middle ones don't matter:

0 = Up
1 = Left
2 = Down
3 = Right

(these are the directions that Mario will enter the pipe)
