It's been about a week ago since the last Direct from Nintendo and they announced a lot of things.
I'm happy with the Virtual Console for the Wii U, because Nintendo has added N64 and NDS Games after the Direct. Unlike the Wii Virtual Console the Wii U Virtual Console will support Rumble Pak and because of that we are getting Donkey Kong 64. NDS will have many options to play NDS Games but sadly without Online Multiplayer. These are the following games for the European eShop: Nintendo 64: Super Mario 64 Donkey Kong 64 Nintendo DS: Mario Kart DS WarioWare: Touched! Buy three of them will get the fourth one for free. In North America: Nintendo 64: Super Mario 64 Nintendo DS: Yoshi's Island DS More games will be added in the future. What are you thought's? |

IMO it would be wierd to see DS games on Wii U. I will wait for NSMB to be added.

I'm annoyed that the Wii U is capable of 1080p, but the resolution on the DS games haven't been upscaled at all. But I'm stoked to see Mario 64 again. If you didn't already know, Super Mario 64's my favourite game. New Super Mario Bros.: Clone Tag Team 1+2 / New Super Mario Advance + Take 2 / Super Mario: Endless Earth My two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. |

What took them so long with 64 games to appear.
But we got DS games there too. Still, waiting for proper games on the 64 department. The current available ones are boring. Also, we need gamecube games

The gameplay of the Old school games still rule, that is as how it always will be like. That is why Nintendo is very likely to remake their Gamecube games in a new jacked. Although i hope that Nintendo would make a totally new game for the next generation of consoles with the gameplay template based on Super Mario 64, because i really enjoyed that type of gameplay. There's a desmume branch that does it, but I haven't looked into it. The thing is that you have 3D graphics that can be upscaled easily (minus crapo-looking textures), but also 2D graphics which would become pixelated unless a chpechial filter is applied. _________________________ Kuribo64 - zrghij |
