I'm not sure if I have enough room in my tileset for everything I want, so how (if it's possible) do I add more space onto it? Do I just use a bigger Bitmap?

If you try to use a bigger picture, the editor will throw an error.

Yeah, I think it is...
But if you want some of your tiles to have multiple colours then you can look here

You can try to save as much space as possible by deleting any duplicated 8x8 squares that may be in the tileset.

If one tile is just a horizontal/vertical flip of another tileset, delete it! You can make a flipped copy in the editor.
Leave no empty 8x8 squares. Put whatever you can in the empty spaces, even if it's just an incomplete quarter of a tile.
Make sure you use two palettes so you can preserve color quality.
If you have tiles that are just palette swaps of other tiles, put them in the same place in the second palette; if done right there'll be no color loss, and you'll free up more space.
