Hello everyone

Just to let you know I will be starting a new NSMB project. I won't release the actual name of the hack itself until the first patch of the game has been made and posted to the forums. This is because I don't wan't anyone to use my hack's name before it is finished. But for now, I will call It Super Mario's Coin Adventure (for now). I didn't post this thread in the NSMB Hacks section because I didn't have any screenshots since I only have the first level done. I need some help with these things:

-Graphics: I need people to make some custom tilesets or supply me with some good ones. I also need (not required) 3D texture designers who are willing to help me with some of the 3D graphics. Right now, I really want to use this tileset in my game:


Also, for the overworld:



If someone could find these tilesets and send the links for download and who created them so I can credit them, I would be much obliged.
I also need help with some backgrounds and also some custom particle effects.

-Beta testers: I need some beta testers for testing my hack. Let me know if you want to be one.

-Music: I need people to help me with the music

Currently, I am wanting to implement these features in my game:

-Add custom music
-Add custom SFX
-Use custom tilesets
-Make airship levels
-Make Peach's Castle levels
-Make an "Advance Only" Assembly hack that lets you only advance levels and not go back.
-Add rain effects
-Make boss battles harder (Not NSMB3 hard with all those death traps, just more challenging)
-Add minigames
-Replace W7 boss with Kamek 3D model


Please let me know if I have to add screenshots and a cover to this thread

That tileset's from Newer, it's not so easy to import it..

Because they are. I just want to know if these are tilesets for use only in STARGOOMP, or they are available for anyone to use. If they are, I asked if someone could find the download for them.

That will be way harder than you think... most of this stuff (like new minigames) is impossible(?) to do. But rain, music, sfx, levels, and tilesets are mostly possible...

I didn't mean the ACTUAL minigames. I meant minigames within the Mario Game itself, such as a maze made out of blocks

And I don't need help on all of them. Some of them (such as minigames and asm hacking) I will do myself

Hang on.

You're basically advertising your hack here until you have something to release. It doesn't work like that, we have the World 1 requirement for a reason- so threads like this don't exist.

I just posted this thread here so that I can get help with graphics and stuff before I actually start making my level, i'm not advertising. I need to get tilesets before I actually make my hack, thats why I posted this thread here instead of the "NSMB Hacks" section. When I have the first world done, I will post screenshots, videos and a patch to the NSMB Hacks section.

This is possible without asm hack, look the sprite 276: Scroll Mario stop sideways.

Just put this: 00 00 10 00 00 01 - in Raw Sprite Data. Done!

No, I meant that once you play a level, you cant play it again. For example: If you play W1-1, you cant go back to it, you must continue on to W1-2. This is because I am going to add a new story ingame and if you go back to levels, you might not understand the story because going back to levels will mess it up.

yep.  snake block meant the Desert Tileset and Stargoomp ripped it from newer. So you're using his screenshots and tilesets so yes you can expect that he took most of the graphics without asking if he could use them anyway.

Seriously? You don't know about it? xD It adds enemies, a new world map engine, backgrounds, tilesets, bugfixes and other jibberjabber. It's for NSMBW, though. And it's made by a team.

It's the best Mario hack ever.
