This is a tutorial about linking from normal Tilesets to Jyotyu and Nohara Sub unit Tileset. Thank's to NsmB_PrO for figuring out that's possible to link to other Tiles.

Introduction
Some time ago, NsmB_PrO had in the castle Tileset a piece of a door. Shown in the game, but not in the Tileset editor. After he told me, that he changed something in the Tile Byte, I tested some things out and noticed, that you can link to the Jyotyu and Nohara Sub unit Tileset. In this Small Tutorial I will show you how to use your own Jyotyu and Nohara Sub unit Blocks. I mean with your own Behavior! Just a little example: It's a Block linked from the Castle Tileset to the Jyotyu Tileset with the Behavior 00 00 01 00 (solid). Of course it's animated, too.

Step 1
Open your editor and go to the Tilesets Editor (Tools Tab). Then open whatever Tileset you want.
Also open the Jyotyu Tileset.

Step 2
In the first opened Tileset (where you want to add a block), choose a empty tile.

Click on one Tile of the Jyotyu, for example the brick for this tutorial.

Step 3
Now you have on the right some settings for the brick. You only need "Control Byte" and "Tile Byte" But beware! Each of the 8x8 tiles, have own Tile Byte's and Control Byte's!

Step 4
Now, the only thing you have to do is, copy each of the settings for the 8x8 tiles into the new block in your Tileset. So at the end every 8x8 tile of the 16x16 tile should have the same settings like the brick in the Jyotyu Tileset. It doesn't matter if the TILE NUMBER changes to -1!

Step 5
Set the Behavior you like, add the new (not viewable! So add a description ) Object to the Object list and save.
With this Tutorial you can make doors which acts like vines or something like this XD

I hope I could help you a bit You can do all the things with the Nohara Sub unit Tileset, too.

You could make trap bricks Or like SKJmin edit the Behavior. (He asked me how to do this without replacing the original)

Reading what he wrote is the solution. The images are optional.

This tutorial is kind of deprecated by the way, it only worked with the map16 editor of old versions of the editor, it wont work with the new tilemap editor at all. If you want to do t his youll have to hex edit the tileset files by hand. And the editor wont display this propely because its an uglynhack after all.
