I really want to know how to edit the NSBMD of the World Maps.
I really tried the tutorial of the NSBMD Creation Tutorial-thread. But I don't get much of it.

If I start DSdevTOOL.tar.gz, I haven't a 'NINTENDO NITRO-System'-button.
I think I haven't the version of the program that's needed to do this. But there isn't information at the tutorial which version you have to use. And also, I think that tutorial is about how to create a object. But I want to edit a 3dmodel (...of the World Maps ).

The nintendo tools allow you to edit models and compile/export them as .nsbmd files.
It doesn't allow you to do it the other way around. There's no easy way to "edit" nsbmd files. You'll have to make your own from scratch and replacing it with the original. |

Posted by KingYoshi Ehhh... I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean. NSBMD models are pretty much un-editable. You may not be able to edit the World Map, but you can replace it. You'll have to make a model from scratch, and convert it to NSBMD, then import. It's a long, trial-and-error based task.
