YOU DO NOT OWN THE GAME. YOU DID NOT MAKE THE GAME. Your hack gets a negative rating from me for being an asshole to Nintendo. Other than that, this hack seems to be mostly random recoloring and some potentially good level editing. Can't see quite well though. Your patch doesn't have a file type. I don't really know how you managed to do that, but you should fix it.

i got a problem whil making a patch it says with evry version ,europe ,usa the file its different do you want to continue i pres yes and it says that the rom has been patched before the 100 % it keeps freezing at 80 % the patch its never done it its finnished before the green bar its full

I just played all the levels, just one player however and they are kinda not fit for mario vs luigi. IDK When my new flash card comes in I will give them another shot =)

The SP levels arnt playable MP as the only MP there is yet is MVSL and those levels are different
