I might do some games in python or something else, but what I was always looking for was, something to do music.
What do you use?

And softwares that use a mic or a similar input aren't okay for me because I don't have a mic.
It must make .wav's or .mp3's.

I've always used FL Studio to make music. It's a little confusing when you first start, but it's really powerful and can make all sorts of different music. Its main focus is synthesized music though, so it should be good for what you want to do.

Ableton is another popular one, but I've never used it so I can't say much about it.

I use Open ModPlug Tracker or Sibelius 7

Thanks for everyone who suggest something. I'll try them when I'll have time, and point out the one that I'll use (the better one for me).
