You could create an editor that allows you to edit the map and the income levels in the sense of creating new paths, etc..?

We have had this about 10 times so far and requests for this feature are still coming.
Worldmap editing is still a bit unknown. (much of it)

More than ASM hacking skill, it's knowledge of the 3D model and animation formats the game uses.
It is already possible to replace the world map model, the problem is the animations, and then the paths. Also, closing this because it's a duplicate of a duplicate of a duplicate, or kind of
