I like your level design, you got some nice ideas. Keep up the good work

(why do I want to make a level with constant Mega Mario now)

On a slightly related note, I'd have enjoyed the video more if the DS screen spanned the whole video. Rather than using up over half the space for the occasional text, you should use marquee effects, make the text smaller, or use annotations...

That was a problem in Vegas Pro 11. I forgot to set the view smaller so it fits Next time I'm going to make it better

OMG this trailer is soooooo cool. This is definately my favorite hack.

Also that  Arisotura likes this hack is very nice. It is worth a lot. Usally  Arisotura never makes such kind of posts.

That's because good NSMB hacks are something rare around here. Between SKJmin's 'challenges' and other showoffs of bad level design, and remakes and other copycat hacks, well...

On a related note, I like the slowmotion zones. I guess you're doing that with a specific block behavior?
One potential problem though, is that you don't know where you're going to meet the slowmotion effect. Or is it some kind of ASM hack in the physics code?

Its a new powerup. The feather shell. Press rapidly "A" in the air to slow down your falling I'll change the model of the blue shell later to one wiht wings Its an ASM hack made by dirbaio. I changed only one variable

You should probably make the camera stick to the bottom of the view in the mushroom level. Many times you're "flying" and you can't see what's going on "below", but if you fix the camera to the bottom in these arease, it'd work better.

And the giant-blocks tileset looks awesome! But it's a bit empty... Maybe you could add some more sizes of blocks, like half of the ones you have now. And some bushes or grass too

Yeah, I still have more than the half of the whole Tileset free for objects and one complete palette Mabye I'll add giant pipes xD

Yeah, this definitely needs a bit more decoration.

Also the name Maple Treeway isn't quite fitting, there are no trees. IMO those huge blocks would be more fitting in some kind of giant world, with giant enemies, kinda like SMG2's Supermassive Galaxy...

As for the music, well, I like it. But again, it'd be more fitting in a tree/forest themed level.

Yeah. I think I will do the decoration today.
And the name isnt fitting because its a song from mario kart wii xD You know that Course with the autumn look? Thats the music And there are sadly not much giant enemies and I did not want to put too many different sprites into that level, so I only used the giant Piranha plant

Beta NSMB had the giant Goomba as a regular enemy, perhaps with some ASM hacking we can get that back

Perhaps that can also work for Koopas. I remember seeing 3D models of Koopas in the game's files.
