After roaring it allows Mario to move after boss activator makes him stop.

Sprite fields:
Switch Input ID: value at nybble 0-1. Bowser Switch Output ID triggers this.
Input ID: value at nybble 2-3. Falls and starts moving when activating (does not need boss activator)
