Has the exact same behavior as Rising/Lowering Mushroom (sprite 239), no more no less.

Sprite fields:
Input ID 1: value at nybble 0-1
Input ID 2: value at nybble 2-3
Return to original position: checkbox at nybble 8 with mask 1
Distance to go up: value at nybble 9. If nybble9-nybble10 is positive it will goes up, else it will go down.
Stalk height: value at nybble 10
Width of top: value at nybble 11
