Blooper Nanny + Pursuers Baby Bloopers (213, rev. 2)

This Blooper Nanny will glow after a while in a rainbow-like flash fashion and then release 4 Baby Bloopers, afterwards she will spawn another set of 4 Baby Bloopers. Rinse and Repeat.
Data files: • /enemy/gesso.nsbmd
Sprite fields: • Input ID 1: value at nybble 0-1. 0=Ignore • Input ID 2: value at nybble 2-3. 0=Ignore • Avoid Mario: checkbox at nybble 11 with mask 1. Goes away from Mario.
