Never releases Baby Bloopers. Acts like regular Blooper.

Sprite fields:
Input ID 1: value at nybble 0-1. 0=Ignore
Input ID 2: value at nybble 2-3. 0=Ignore
Avoid Mario: checkbox at nybble 11 with mask 1. Goes away from Mario.
