Sprite fields:
Input ID 1: value at nybble 0-1. Spawns when activated. Cannot be de-spawed.
Input ID 2: value at nybble 2-3. Ditto. How does this differ to 1?
Avoid Mario: checkbox at nybble 11 with mask 1. Goes away from Mario.
