Input ID works with any event ID
It will work without a zone.
Can be activated from anywhere in the view
But the goomba will only walk up and grow once you get near it.
The music will stop playing once it grows. and the camera will zoom out/follow it
Data files:

Sprite fields:
Input ID: value at nybble 2-3
