Edit: Definitedly a interesting bug IMO. I will tell you a easy way to fix it:

Open the Map16 of the Tileset 0,

Take the first tile in the tile graphics,



'Draw' over the two first empty 16x16 objects in the map16 with this tile, like this,



Save and test.

EDIT2: Wait no, paste the tile over the 9 empty tiles

THANKS THIERY YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!! but you must to know i have copy the first tile and draw it as you tell me but in the test all the level has black dots but not the p-switch problem! so i have copy paste another empty tile with your way and done! thx for helping me!!!

edit 2: oh thiery sorry to disturb again but now the blue coins (p-switch coins) is like my colored bottom right coins what i can do for that?
